With this easy-to-prepare Valentine’s Day menu, all you have to worry about is buying candles, preparing a beautiful table and choosing the perfect music.
This menu is made up of 3 recipes: starter, main course and dessert. All of them very tasty and healthy, where extra virgin olive oil is one of the essential ingredients for its properties and flavour.

Valentine’s Day Menu
Prawn salad with avocado

Ingredients:
– 4 medium prawns
– 6 cherry tomatoes
– 1 avocado
– Fresh cheese
– Lettuce, lamb’s lettuce or arugula
– Lemon juice
– Tuccioliva Sirena Picual extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
You can use either fresh or frozen prawns, if they are the latter defrost them in advance, then peel them and fry them in a frying pan with a few drops of oil, making sure they do not burn, just let them brown a little.
Then clean the avocados, wash the tomatoes and dice everything, adding them to the bowl with the lettuce mixture (you can use the ones you like best) and the prawns and cheese (also diced).
Finally, add a few drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and Tuccioliva Sirena Picual EVOO.
Ravioli with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:
– 200 g. ravioli
– ½ chicken breast
– 300 g. of mushrooms
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 tomato
– 50 g. of white wine
– Extra virgin olive oil Casa del Agua de Oro Bailén
– Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
While you put the pasta to cook (between 4-5 minutes so that they are al dente), peel and slice a garlic, and put it in a frying pan with a drizzle of AOVE Casa del Agua de Oro Bailén. Leave it over a medium heat for a very short time so that it does not burn and then add the chicken cut into small pieces and previously seasoned with salt and pepper.
Once the chicken and garlic have been removed, add another chopped garlic and the mushrooms. Season and leave in the frying pan for about 5 minutes, until you can see that they have browned.
Remove them and leave them next to the chicken, and finally add a few drops of oil and white wine to the frying pan, let it evaporate a little and add the tomato, which we have previously grated, parsley and leave it for approximately 12 minutes. All that remains is to add the chicken, mushrooms and ravioli. Turn a few times, sprinkle with grated cheese and the dish is ready.

Chocolate coulant
Ingredients:
– 150 g. deep dark dessert chocolate
– 80 g. sugar
– 50 g. butter
– 3 eggs
– Flour
– Icing sugar
– Casa del Agua de Oro Bailén Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
For a dessert like this to turn out well, the quantities of each ingredient must be carefully measured in each of the steps.
Preheat the oven and meanwhile melt 100 grams of chocolate with the butter. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are thick and add the flour and the melted chocolate. Mix until it is perfect.
In some moulds add butter and sprinkle with a little flour. Then add the previous mixture approximately ⅓ of the mould. Pour in some chocolate and add the mixture again. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200º. At the end of this time, take them out of the mould and sprinkle some icing sugar on top and they will be perfect to eat.
If you like, you can also decorate them with some strawberries, which go very well with the chocolate.
