Olive Oil Parqueoliva Serie Oro:

If we had to describe succinctly this extra virgin olive oil from Cordoba, Parqueoliva Oro series, we would say, without fear of confusion, that it is an olive oil that has some peculiarities with a perfect balance thanks to its right measure of white leaf and picual varieties. To its flavour we can add the elegant packaging that gives it a sophisticated air as a culinary jewel.

Parqueoliva's gold series:

The production of Parqueoliva Gold Series comes from the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, from the hand of the Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Almazaras de la Subbética, made up of up to 4000 members of oil-producing families.

Its varieties of picuda (80%) and hojiblanca (20%) give it very balanced and complex organoleptic characteristics, with herbaceous aromas of apple, alloza, tomato and mint. On the palate, it is slightly sweet, almondy, but spicy and bitter at the same time. Its organoleptic score is 8 out of 9: white leaf and spicy variety.

The Parqueoliva oil Serie Oro:

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense fruity oil, mainly with green tones, but with some hint of ripe fruit at its best.

In the mouth: perfectly balanced, we could define its taste phase with total harmony between sweet, bitter and spicy.

Organoleptic score: 7.5 out of 9 varieties: Picuda, Hojiblanca and Picual.

The Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Almazaras de la Subbética is made up of more than 4000 members. It is located in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park, an area with high rainfall.

Parqueoliva's extra virgin oil is one of the olive oils with the most awards in Spain and the world. To the Spanish Food Award, we can add those granted by the Ministry of the Environment and Rural Affairs and Mario Expoliva; the International Extra Virgin Oil Competition in Los Angeles (USA); the International Terraolivo Competition in Israel; IOC; Sol D'oro and many other awards.

All the oils produced are kept in stainless steel tanks for perfect conservation. Once bottled, they are kept away from light and heat sources.
