    Casa del Agua Oro Bailén oil has been produced since the 19th century in a village called Villanueva de la Reina in Jaén, in a municipality at an altitude of 400 metres, in the foothills of Sierra Morena. This oil is produced with the Picual variety. Its intensity is medium-low, which makes it an ideal pairing for any food of the Mediterranean diet.

This extra virgin olive oil comes from a 100% irrigated farm, achieving stability in the properties and characteristics of the oils, without affecting the quality. In the agronomic aspect they bet for the respect to the environment by means of an integrated production.

You will have to opt for a coupage or picual oil.

The coupage oil is produced in Jaén by the company Galgon 99. It contains picual and arbequina varieties of olives. It is necessary to emphasize of the notes of tasting that the oil coupage presents herbaceous aromatic notes and vegetables as the tomato.

In second place, fruits such as apples and bananas predominate. The taste is elegant, a bit bitter and spicy.

Both persistence and structure are quite good.
