It is a family business established in 1995 by the children of Mr. Francisco Melgarejo and Mrs. Juana Cordero, in order to continue the activity carried out for more than two centuries by their ancestors. The mill is located in the town of Pegalajar, in the province of Jaén. It has several farms: "El Cuchillejo" Pegalajar, Jaén and other farms in Jaén and Málaga. Harvesting is done in early November and the oil is stored in stainless steel tanks inertized with nitrogen. Certified by the Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin "Sierra Mágina".
