Castillo de Canena is a unique family business, involved in the whole process of creating extra virgins: from the tree to its commercialization. The farm is located in the province of Jaén. It works under the API certification, a way of farming that respects the environment, between traditional and ecological agriculture. The farm overcomes monthly audits that certify compliance with all regulations. Currently most of the farm is in conversion to organic farming.

The biodynamic and ecological picual oil of Castillo de Canena:

The nose has a fruity green olive, herbal aromas, quite complex, balsamic with hints of mint, mint and some citrus.

In mouth well structured and persistent, it has a bitter and spicy very balanced.
