La finca La Torre has a vast experience of 2200 years of like olive oil-press. This company is one of the oldest in the world. La finca is near to Antequera, only 15 minutes, and it has 376 Ht of olives and pine forest.
La Finca la Torre apply the most modern technology and the highest hygiene standars.
It manufactures around 1,5-3 Tn/h, in this way it can react quick if appear any problem y the harvest.
Due to the central location of the oil-press and the short distance to the olives trees, the olives can be press between 2 and 4 hours after the harvest.
Taste Finca la Torre:
Nouse: Fruity of green olives, strong smell with notes of grass recent cut. Green almond, green banana and citrus.
Mouth: Very elegant entry in mouth, you can feel a very balanced bitter and spices.
Good structure with almond notes and artichoke. It is a very complex oil with a good harmony and persistence.
