Tuccioliva Picual extra virgin olive oil comes from Martos (Jaén) from the Agricultural Cooperative "San Amador", located in this municipality. For decades it has been the town with the largest extension of olive trees in the world. It has the "Certified Quality" label, awarded by the Junta de Andalucía (Andalusian Regional Government). The olives are harvested in October and only green olives are harvested using a cold extraction process.
Color: yellowish green, with golden highlights, bright and luminous.
Smell: complexity of green aromas and fresh fruits. Aromatic herbs such as basil and fennel combine with aromas of tomato and avocado. Shades of banana and ripe almond apple.
Taste: great correspondence with the olfactory perception, of soft entry, almost sweet, appearing then a light and bitter spicy very balanced. Velvety and with good persistence.
