The company: O-med is a company owned by four generations of growers who decided to go for quality in the year....making early oils ....
Nose: On the nose it has an aroma of both herbs and fruits. The fruits we find are reminiscent of tomato and green almonds. As herbaceous notes we can mention freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs.
Mouth: Persistence in the mouth of olive leaf, nuts, artichoke and an intense flavour of green walnut. A very balanced oil with an exquisite complexity.
Nose: The first notes to appear are fruity, apple, tomato and green banana mixed with herbaceous notes such as freshly cut grass.
Mouth: In the mouth it enters smoothly, with little perceptible bitterness and a slightly more accentuated spiciness. It is complex and harmonious.
O-med oils are reaping many successes in their AOVEs. They have won numerous national and international prizes such as: the Terraoleum prize, Sol dÓro prize, etc., etc. The Spanish Ministry of Agriculture awards for the best EVOO.
