In the middle of the Sierra de Cazorla and under the strict quality standards of this Denomination of Origin, we find Marycampo. A luxury EVOO, extracted from the Picual olive at its optimum point of ripeness, with an intense green color so that we can appreciate the aromas of the Sierra de Rosemary, Jara, freshly cut grass, banana and of course the plant of tomato, with an astringency reminiscent of artichoke, and an elegant spiciness. An EVOO for the most demanding palates.
