Abbae de Queiles Ecological Organic Arbequina

The small Quiles valley, in the south of Navarra, where the Romans farm wonderful olives, Hacienda Queiles makes a very care olive growing to get a perfect fruit with unique Arbequina olives. Olives grow in stony and calcareous lands, with a very extreme climatology, cold winter and hot summers.

Taste:

Nose: Very intensive, fresh fruit, green banana and with almond touch. It is easy to identify with vegetables like tomatoes and artichoke.

Mouth: Very nice, comfortable and silky way. It is sweet with light notes of spice and bitter. It is persists in the mouth with notes of tomato and artichoke, chard and almond.

It is a very complex and excellent balance extra virgin olive oil.

All the oils produced are kept in stainless steel tanks for perfect conservation. Once bottled, they are kept away from light and heat sources.
