Their extra virgin olive oils are made using the most modern technologies. They are very early harvest oils, rich in aromas and complex flavours.
Nose: In the nose, a medium green fruitiness stands out, both herbal and fruity. The fruit aromas are reminiscent of tomato and green almonds. As herbaceous notes we highlight the notes of freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs.
