O-Med is a young company whose lands and oil mill located in Ácula (Granada) produce premium EVOOs that are now exported to more than 30 countries. They come from the family tradition of 4 generations who have worked the olive grove and who, a few years ago, started this project of quality oils.
O-Med Tasting Notes:
Nose: The first notes to appear are fruity, apple, tomato and green banana, which mingle with herbaceous notes such as freshly cut grass.
Palate: Smooth on the palate, with little perceptible bitterness and a slightly more accentuated spiciness. It is complex and harmonious.
