O-Med Tasting Notes:

Nose:

On the nose it has an aroma of both herbs and fruits. The fruits we find are reminiscent of tomato, green almonds. As herbaceous notes we can mention freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs.

Palate: 

Persistence in the mouth of olive leaf, dried fruits, artichoke and an intense flavour of green walnut. A very balanced oil with an exquisite complexity.

All the oils produced are kept in stainless steel tanks for perfect preservation. Once bottled, they are kept away from light and heat sources.
