Nose:
On the nose a medium green fruitiness is perceptible, both herbal and fruity. The fruits are reminiscent of tomato and green almonds. As herbaceous notes, the notes of freshly cut grass and aromatic herbs are particularly important.
Palate:
Artichoke, olive leaf, dried fruits, and an intense green nutty flavour in the mouth. A very balanced oil with an exquisite complexity.
