Bath with oil tasting thermostat that heats the oil tasting glasses to a maximum temperature of 86ºF.
It complies with the EEC regulation No. L.248/67 and is designed in accordance with the International Olive Oil Council.
It has a stainless steel casing, a fixed aluminium block, flat resistance heating that occupies the entire surface, a temperature range from +41ºF to 86ºF, temperature reading by means of a 3-digit display, and a 6-cavity aluminium block that is perfectly designed for the official tasting glass. It measures 7,28''x 3,15''x 12,4'' and has a consumption of 125 W.
