Regarding the global production of extra virgin olive oil, Royal oil only represents 5% of the total production, which means an honor to be able to count on its exclusivity in our lands.

Our cultivation system is based on selecting the best olive trees from our lands to obtain excellence in our fruits. Their corresponding curdling is then carried out to extract the best Elixir. Throughout the process, from Verde Esmeralda Olive, we make sure that the fruit does not suffer thermal fluctuations and always has the appropriate temperature. The collection process allows avoiding the loss of its properties and thus having the best Royal oil.

All the oils produced are kept in stainless steel tanks for perfect conservation. Once bottled, they are kept away from light and heat sources.
