It is a family company, it was made in 1995 by the sons of Mr. Francisco Melgarejo and Mrs. Juana Cordeno, in order to continue this activity since two centuries ago. The farm is located in Pegalar, Jaen province. It has a lot of farms “El Cuchillejo” Pegalajar, Jaén and other in Málaga. The harvest is done in early November and the olive oil is stored in stain steels tanks which they are inerted with nitric nitrogen. It has the label D.O. “Sierra Mágina”.
Intense fruity nose of green olive with hints of apple, banana and green almond. In the mouth it is sweet and slightly spicy. - Food pairings: Salads, desserts, potatoes, pasta.
